1. Shipping Policy

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may receive shipping/tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout, wherever tracking is available.

  • Provide the order number and supporting photographs/videos.

This will help us investigate the issue with the delivery partner.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 HOURS] of delivery.

  • Customer name

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs/videos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

6. Order Cancellation

A cancellation request may be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Returns

Returns will be accepted only where the product qualifies under our return policy and applicable law.

If an order is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We may coordinate with the courier/logistics provider to investigate the shipment.
